3. How does your company do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:
1) Firstly, we have specialized QC department to control the quality, and we also have special QC to inspect the cargoes before delivery.
2) Secondly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.
3) Thirdly, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human right aspects like no children labor, no prisoner labor and so on.
4. Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can. We can do OEM & ODM for all the customers with customized artworks of PDF or AI format. Of course,it's request of MOQ for OEM&ODM. The MOQ depends on the products you order. If you have any demand for OEM, please send emails to us for negotiation.
5. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Usually, It takes about 5-7 working days for us to process your order and about 5-7 working days to ship your order via Express after you submit your order on our website.
6. How much postage will be charged for each order?
All the prices of our nail art products do not include the shipping cost. As to the shipping cost, it depends on the total weight of the purchased products and also the shipping mode. We will send you a message to tell you the details freight cost after the order is
formed at our website. Or, you can also directly send a message to us to inquiry the freight cost.
